No. The personalized protocol is free and requires no purchase. If you do order, your protocol is built around your products; if you have not ordered yet, it is built around your skin and your goals.
Who builds my protocol?
A Melany Lab specialist — a skincare specialist or a skin practitioner. Real people, who advise and adjust your routine. They are not dermatologists and never prescribe; if something needs a doctor, they will tell you.
What if my skin reacts?
Tell your specialist at your next check-in — or sooner. She adjusts the dose, the order or the rhythm. That is exactly what the follow-up is for: no one should push through a routine that does not suit their skin.
How long does the follow-up last?
One month, with check-ins at day 3, 7, 14 and 30 after your protocol starts. One exception: The Ultimate Renewal ritual is followed for 40–45 days, because its treatment runs longer.
