4.2 Order Acceptance & Refusal: All orders placed through the Website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, errors in product or pricing information, or orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers or distributors. 

4.3 Third-Party Payment Processors: We use secure third-party service providers (such as stripe, square…) for payment processing. By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment partners to process your information to the extent necessary to complete the transaction. 

4.4 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal: If you opt-in to an auto-replenishment subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen delivery schedule. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you pause or cancel it through your account settings prior to the next billing cycle.

By agreeing to this Agreement, you are waiving your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
